I’m a Senior Product Designer who blends human-centered thinking with data-driven insight to craft digital experiences that drive adoption and growth. At the intersection of empathy and evidence, I design products that feel effortless to use, transform complexity into clarity, and create measurable impact for the businesses behind them.
Currently, as the senior product designer at Coinme, I set the design strategy and own end-to-end user experience across the entire product — spanning B2C customer journeys and B2B partner offerings. My scope covers onboarding, payments, cash, security, design systems, and the overall user experience. To inform decisions and solve friction points, I conduct user interviews, competitive and market research, and analyze product behaviour using Amplitude, Datadog, and PostHog. These insights shape solutions that improve acquisition, retention, and user satisfaction. I partner with product, compliance, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver experiences that balance usability, compliance, and revenue growth. I also leverage tools like Cursor and Vibe coding to prototype and test new ideas, enabling faster iteration and validation. My work simplifies complex flows, strengthen security, reduce operational costs, and drive multi-million–dollar revenue impact.
